When the time comes to say goodbye to your pet, we are here to support you through what we know is an incredibly difficult time. It is one of the hardest decisions you will ever have to make, and we will take the time to talk through all of your options, helping you choose what feels right for both you and your pet.
For some owners, staying with their pet during their final moments is an important part of saying goodbye. If that is your choice, we will do everything we can to ensure those last moments are as peaceful, calm and gentle as possible.
For others, remembering their pet as they were is what feels right. If you choose to leave your pet in our care, you can be assured they will be treated with the utmost kindness, dignity and respect, and given a peaceful farewell.
What happens afterwards?
Afterwards, you can choose to take your pet home for burial or we can assist with arranging cremation.
If you choose cremation, you may opt for an individual cremation, allowing your pet’s ashes to be returned to you. We work closely with Prestwood Pet Crematorium, who offer a range of thoughtful memorial options. Whether you wish to scatter your pet’s ashes or keep them in a casket or urn, there are a variety of choices available to help you remember them in the way that feels most meaningful to you.
Our team is happy to talk you through the available options and answer any questions you may have. You can also find more information by visiting Prestwood Pet Crematorium at www.prestwoodpetcrematorium.co.uk.
If you have any questions or would like to discuss your options, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We are here to support you, provide guidance, and help you make the choices that feel right for you and your pet.
